Sr. Practitioner Clinical Education & Professional Development (Surgical Services)

This position is responsible for autonomously providing expertise in adult education, instructional design, and training to promote competent and quality patient care within surgical services. The role supports clinical employees in acquiring knowledge, skills, and professional development through various activities like onboarding, educational offerings, and quality improvement projects.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in nursing (Bsn required, msn preferred) and have a minimum of two years of rn experience in an acute care operating room setting. Additionally, three years of education-Related experience, such as preceptor or instructor roles, is mandatory, along with a current texas nursing license and bls certification.
