Special Needs Swim Instructor

The instructor will exclusively work with children in the special needs aquatics program (Snap), teaching water safety and swimming skills in a supportive environment. Responsibilities include adapting lessons to individual needs and celebrating progress with families to build children's confidence in the water.

Candidates must have current or prior experience working with children with special needs in a school, therapy, or support setting, such as paraprofessionals or therapists. Patience, compassion, and the ability to create a safe environment are essential, though no prior swimming experience is required as comprehensive training will be provided.
