The aftercare coordinator is responsible for managing and operating the after-School care program, which includes planning activities like homework time, physical activities, and quiet play, while ensuring student safety and well-Being at all times. Duties also involve implementing behavior plans, purchasing necessary supplies, and completing family billing procedures.

Candidates must have experience working with children with multiple abilities and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with parents and colleagues. The role requires the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility, enthusiasm, and strong organizational skills.
