Core responsibilities
The primary responsibilities involve developing evidence-Based programming based on client data and assessments, alongside providing direct and indirect training and supervision to registered behavior technicians (Rbts). This role also requires conducting ongoing family guidance necessary for programming success and maintaining timely communication with all treatment team members.
Requirements summary
Candidates must currently be a board certified behavior analyst (Bcba) or be sitting for the exam within one month, and must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. Applicants also need reliable transportation and must be able to meet physical requirements such as lifting up to 35lbs and performing bending and squatting activities.
