Systematic Skill Builder for Adults with Autism

The systematic skill builder (Ssb) is responsible for implementing and training staff and participants on skills based on established goals and objectives, which includes developing gas charts and skill building plans (Sbp) as needed. Duties also involve providing training and consultation to support providers, maintaining progress notes, tracking utilization, and ensuring the daily health and safety of the individuals served.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, education, or another human services-Related field, or an unrelated degree with a minimum of three years of experience working with individuals with autism. This role mandates a valid driver’s license, dependable transportation, clear criminal background checks, and the ability to implement systematic approaches of applied behavioral analysis interventions.
