Assistant teachers are responsible for the daily care of every child by following all licensing guidelines and company standards, while maintaining a fun, interactive, clean, and organized classroom. They must also develop skills in accurately observing, assessing, and planning for children, and effectively communicating with families.

Candidates must love to help, engage, and learn, possessing the ability to meet state and/Or accreditation requirements for education and experience. Applicants should be energetic and dependable individuals with a passion for working with children, capable of engaging in physical activity indoors or outdoors.
