Assistant Teacher, Gilden Woods Okemos

Assistant teachers must ensure the daily care of every child by following all licensing guidelines and company standards while maintaining a clean, organized, and interactive classroom environment. They are also responsible for developing skills in observing, assessing, and planning for children, and effectively communicating with families.

Candidates must be energetic and dependable individuals with a passion for working with children, capable of meeting state and/Or accreditation requirements for education and experience. A key requirement is the ability to work indoors or outdoors and actively engage in physical activity with the children.
