Behavior Technician (BT) – Paid Training | Part-Time Afternoon Hours

The registered behavior technician will provide direct one-On-One applied behavior analysis therapy to a pediatric client, implementing individualized treatment plans developed by a supervising board certified behavior analyst. Key duties include supporting the development of communication, social, and daily living skills, as well as accurately collecting and documenting behavioral data.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and hold an active registered behavior technician certification. Preferred qualifications include previous aba therapy experience, reliable transportation, and the ability to work with children aged 2 to 14 while lifting up to 50 pounds.
