On call development coach

The development coach supports individuals with differing abilities by implementing personalized care plans and promoting independence through life skills and community activities. They are responsible for documenting progress, managing behavioral issues, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to ensure a safe and inclusive environment.

Candidates must have a high school diploma and at least three years of experience working with individuals with differing abilities or behavioral issues. A valid cpr and first aid certification is required, and the ability to pass a background check and dot physical is mandatory.
