Core responsibilities
The primary role involves teaching safe and effective multi-Level fitness and/Or aerobic exercise classes in various formats to guests and employees, focusing on health, fitness, and wellness. Instructors must also enforce center rules, provide exceptional service and leadership, and assist with facility and equipment maintenance.
Requirements summary
Candidates must possess required fitness certifications and cpr/Aed/First aid certification within 90 days, along with a high school diploma or equivalent. Essential qualifications include good communication skills, english proficiency, the ability to speak effectively before groups, and general computer knowledge for administrative tasks.
