Paired Services RBT – Work From Home + In-Home Sessions-Queen Creek, AZ

As a behavior specialist, you will use play, games, and evidence-Based strategies to help children build communication, social, and life skills, often in a remote environment. You will follow personalized plans designed by clinical leaders while celebrating milestones achieved in sessions conducted at home, centers, or in the community.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or ged and have at least 6 months of experience in applied behavior analysis (Aba), with virtual experience being preferred. Flexibility, especially for weekday afternoons/Evenings and saturdays, reliable transportation, and willingness to complete training and documentation are required.
