Behavior Technician

Behavior technicians implement applied behavior analysis (Aba) treatment programs for patients and families under the guidance of a clinical supervisor, focusing on skill acquisition and challenging behavior reduction. Essential duties include providing direct 1:1 or group treatment, collecting high-Fidelity data, implementing feedback, and maintaining professional compliance.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and successfully pass the initial card behavior technician training program, including written and field evaluations. Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (Asd) is preferred, and applicants must have reliable transportation and commit to at least six months of employment.
