Behavior Technician - Shine Community Services - Monroe County

The behavior technician implements the behavior support plan and treatment goals by working directly with clients in various settings, teaching essential life skills, adls, social, and communication skills. This role involves using evidence-Based practices to decrease problem behaviors and promote skill acquisition tailored to the child's needs.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and be at least 18 years old, along with having excellent communication and time management skills. A valid driver's license, insured vehicle, and the ability to travel to multiple sites within surrounding counties are mandatory requirements.
