Summer Camp Associate

The summer camp associate will lead children aged 2.5 to 6 through immersive, urban nature-Based learning activities, utilizing creative projects and gross motor play to bring themed curricula to life. Key duties also involve supporting daily operations, ensuring smooth transitions, and building trusting relationships with parents and caregivers.

A high school diploma is required, though pursuing a bachelor's in education is preferred, alongside a minimum of 1-2 years of lead teaching experience with children aged 2-6 in relevant settings. Candidates must also pass a physical exam and background checks.
