1 direct aba treatment to clients to increase skills and decrease problem behaviors, working closely with the supervising bcba to ensure high-Quality service delivery. Responsibilities also include supporting parent training, collecting data, documenting client records, and communicating progress to relevant parties.

Requirements summary

Candidates must be a registered behavior technician (Rbt) or highly preferred to be certified, and ideally possess 1-2 years of experience working with children, with at least one year in aba preferred. A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass a level ii background check are mandatory.
