Core responsibilities
The registered behavior technician will deliver 1
1 direct applied behavioral analysis (Aba) treatment to clients to increase skills and decrease problem behaviors, working closely with the supervising behavior analyst (Bcba). Responsibilities also include supporting parent/Caregiver training, collecting data, documenting client records, and communicating progress to relevant parties.
Requirements summary
Candidates should enjoy working with children on the autism spectrum and thrive in an environment encouraging professional growth while implementing evidence-Based treatment. Preferred qualifications include rbt certification, 1-2 years of experience with children, at least 1 year of aba experience, and a bachelor's degree in a related field, along with reliable transportation and the ability to pass a background check.
