Summer Day Camp Program Aide - Berthoud/Johnstown Area

Staff members will support camp leadership by helping create a fun, safe, and challenging environment for campers while assisting in implementing the core values of the ymca through various activities. Key duties include facilitating group games, arts and crafts, team-Building exercises, and outdoor adventures while ensuring camper safety and adherence to policies.

Candidates must be at least 16 years old and possess knowledge of age-Appropriate practices, preferably with experience working with school-Aged children. Applicants need maturity to make practical decisions, strong communication skills, and must be enthusiastic, responsible, and dependable.
