Advocate

The primary responsibilities of the advocate involve initiating, organizing, planning, developing, and implementing direct advocacy services for assigned participants and their families based on a strength-Based, wrap-Around model. This role requires serving as a dependable and committed positive role model for youth in various community settings.

A minimum of a high school diploma or ged is required, along with experience in community work, knowledge of community resources, and experience working with at-Risk youth. Applicants must also possess excellent communication skills and reliable, insured transportation with a valid driver's license and current auto insurance.
