Key responsibilities include conducting client assessments, developing and overseeing behavior support plans, overseeing registered behavior technicians (Rbts) through training and supervision, and providing direct aba services in various settings. The role also involves coordinating services, protecting client welfare, and participating in relevant meetings.

Candidates must possess a master's degree in a related field and hold a valid board certified behavior analyst (Bcba) certification. Required experience includes at least three years providing in-Home insurance-Funded services, working with the developmentally disabled population emphasizing severe behaviors and teenage/Adult clients, and supervising rbts.
