Core responsibilities
The lead bcba provides empirically-Based intervention activities to clients with developmental disabilities, ensuring individualized treatment plans and maintaining accurate records. They are also responsible for leading group supervision meetings and discussing clinical observations with case supervisors.
Requirements summary
Candidates must have a master's degree in psychology or a related field and an active bcba certification, along with at least one year of bcba experience. Knowledge of various methodologies beneficial for children with autism and the ability to communicate effectively are also required.
