Lead Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

The lead bcba provides empirically-Based intervention activities to clients with developmental disabilities using a family-Centered approach. They are responsible for implementing individualized behavior intervention plans and maintaining accurate records of sessions and data.

Candidates must have a master's degree in psychology or a related field and an active bcba certification, along with at least one year of bcba experience. Knowledge of various methodologies for children with autism and the ability to communicate effectively are also required.
