The speech language pathologist provides direct therapy and collaborates with educators to support students with communication challenges. They also manage compliance with ieps and ensure effective communication with families.

Candidates must hold a master's degree and possess valid ohio licenses for speech-Language pathology and professional pupil services. Experience with data analysis and knowledge of special education policies are also required.
