Ability to grasp and teach vocational skills as well as promote personal independence.
Provide hands on support to individuals as needed

Qualifications
Associate’s degree or relevant college credits in the human service field.
Supervisory experience preferred.
Minimum 2 years of experience working with individuals with IDD.
Demonstrates a working knowledge of team leadership.
Computer skills
Valid Driver's License

Ability to pass physical and drug screening
Department of Human Services Child Abuse History Clearance
Pennsylvania State Police Criminal Record Check
FBI Federal Criminal History Record (fingerprinting): TB testing
