Child Watch Associate (Part-Time)

The child watch associate is responsible for supervising the safety of children aged 3 months to 12 years old during program activities while maintaining a supportive and positive atmosphere. This includes nurturing children through play, adhering to all ymca policies, and fostering positive rapport with youth and their families.

Candidates must meet minimum age standards and possess required certifications including cpr, first aid, and aed upon onboarding, with child abuse prevention training required within 30 days of hire. Previous experience working with children and diverse populations is preferred.
