BCBA Fellowship - Field Work - Springfield, PA

Bcba fellows provide one-On-One care through aba behavior interventions to teach communication and encourage positive behaviors. They will also collect unbiased behavior data and communicate with clients' families and clinical staff to support client needs.

Candidates must be enrolled or graduated from a bacb approved program and pass the rbt exam within 30 days of employment. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with clients' families and recording session notes.
