PRN Direct Support Professional

The direct support professional (Dsp) is responsible for providing direct care and implementing support plans for individuals in community living homes. This includes ensuring safety, meaningful engagement, and consistent care while adhering to principles of applied behavior analysis (Aba).

A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with prior experience in direct support or behavioral health preferred but not mandatory. The role demands strong supervision, engagement, and observation skills, with the ability to accurately follow written and verbal directions and implement support plans with fidelity.
