Part Time Concurrent ASL Teacher (2026-27 School Year)

The teacher is responsible for instructing secondary-Level students in american sign language, coordinating with the current curriculum and concurrent course learning outcomes. Duties include developing and implementing standards-Based lesson plans, administering assessments, monitoring student progress, and serving as an advisor to a small group of students.

Candidates must be able to be approved to teach asl courses through aims community college and demonstrate commitment to professional excellence and student diversity accommodations. A bachelor's degree is required, and a valid colorado teacher license with appropriate endorsements is preferred, along with successful completion of a criminal background check.
