Instructor

The instructor teaches functional living and community integration skills to program participants, adapting methods to meet individual needs of developmentally disabled clients. Essential duties include supervising participants, instructing on implementation plans, organizing learning settings, and monitoring participant progress daily, monthly, and quarterly.

Candidates should possess a high school diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of one year of experience in a direct care capacity working with developmental disabilities preferred. Certification in behavior analysis is preferred, and the candidate must be able to become certified in t.a.c.t., first aid/Cpr, and medication administration.
