Provide direct patient care and clinical supervision to dental students in the college's dental programs. Responsibilities include diagnosing patients, performing restorative procedures, and ensuring adherence to infection control protocols.
Must hold a DDS or DMD degree from a CODA-approved school and a valid Florida dentistry license. Two years of clinical experience is preferred.
Provide patient care and help with the CF dental programs and manage student progress in the dental clinic. The Clinical Dentist is responsible for assisting students with patient care by providing local anesthesia to patients, prescribing radiographs, and performing restorative dentistry when requested. He/she must possess a background in current clinical practice experience. This individual must have qualifications that comply with the state dental practice act.
