Elementary School: Multilingual Learner (MLL) Lead Teacher - Greater Boston (2026-2027)

The lead teacher is responsible for ensuring all multilingual learners feel affirmed and challenged daily by creating positive learning environments and planning rigorous, language-Focused lessons based on student data. Key duties include administering required assessments like access and tell, collaborating with co-Teachers and special education teams, and maintaining strong communication with families regarding student progress.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree, have at least two years of full-Time teaching experience, and must obtain ma esl teaching licensure prior to starting. A deep alignment with the organization's mission, demonstrated ability to drive student growth, and computer literacy are also required.
