Elementary School: Multilingual Learner (MLL) Lead Teacher - Greater Boston (2026-2027)

The lead teacher is responsible for ensuring all students feel affirmed, valued, and challenged daily by creating a positive learning environment and planning/Teaching small group language-Focused lessons based on student data and language goals. Compliance duties include administering access testing, consulting with other teachers, and collaborating with families to write and track student success plans for mll students.

Candidates must have a bachelor's degree, at least 2 years of full-Time teaching experience, and must obtain ma esl teaching licensure prior to starting. Deep alignment with the mission, demonstrated ability to drive student growth, and computer literacy with google suite are also required.
