Lower School Counselor-Grades B-3, Leave (Aug 2026-Jan 2027)

The temporary full-Time lower school counselor will coordinate and provide clinical and counseling support services for students in grades beginner through 3 during a leave of absence. This involves collaborating with campus stakeholders and working in partnership with the student support team (Sst) to create student support strategies.

Candidates must possess an advanced degree and massachusetts state licensure in counseling, social work, or school psychology, along with 3-5 years of counseling experience, preferably in a school setting. Required competencies include joy working with elementary students, commitment to dei practices, excellent writing and communication skills, and the ability to support social-Emotional learning goals.
