CSS Trainer

This position involves working closely with service coordination and provider services to develop, coordinate, and monitor outcomes and strategies for individuals in idd gr services. Responsibilities include assisting individuals with accessing community services, providing transportation, shopping, household chores, medication monitoring, and training.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and have experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. A current texas driver's license is required, as driving is an essential function, and the ability to lift 55lbs is necessary.
