Phlebotomy Technician Lead Instructor

The instructor will be responsible for teaching students all aspects of the phlebotomy technician scope of practice, evaluating their progress, and preparing them for a 40-Hour externship. This role also involves assisting students in developing professional values and serving as a role model in the healthcare profession.

Candidates must possess a current cpt license and have a minimum of three years of documented on-The-Job experience in a clia lab within the last five years, though no prior teaching experience is necessary. Essential competencies include proficiency in all blood collection methods, comfort speaking to large groups, multi-Tasking ability, critical thinking, and technological efficiency.
