Phlebotomy Technician Lead Instructor

The lead instructor is responsible for teaching all aspects of the phlebotomy technician scope of practice and evaluating student performance. They also prepare students for their clinical externships and serve as a professional role model.

Candidates must hold a current cpt license and have at least 3 years of documented on-The-Job experience in a clia lab within the last 5 years. Proficiency in various blood collection methods and strong communication skills are required.
