Center Based Board Certified Behavior Analyst(BCBA)

The bcba will lead and facilitate structured social groups for children with autism and developmental disabilities at the melville center, implementing evidence-Based teaching strategies to promote positive peer interactions and skill generalization. This role also involves training and supervising registered behavior technicians (Rbts) and communicating progress and strategies to caregivers.

The primary requirement is being a board certified behavior analyst (Bcba) passionate about serving diverse families and bridging language barriers while working at the melville center. Familiarity with aba-Based therapy platforms and electronic data collection tools is preferred, and fluency in languages beyond english and spanish is a bonus.
