School Based Board Certified Behavior Analyst(BCBA)

The bcba will conduct functional behavior assessments (Fbas), develop behavior intervention plans (Bips), and provide direct and consultative behavioral services to students in school settings. Responsibilities also include training staff, analyzing behavioral data, collaborating with educational teams, and participating in iep meetings.

Candidates must possess a master's degree in aba or a related field, along with board certified behavior analyst (Bcba) certification or being in process. A minimum of one year of experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities in a school setting is required, along with strong communication skills and reliable transportation.
