Interns will gain experience by shadowing, observing, and participating in corporate wellness services, including conducting fitness tests and assisting in planning health promotion programs. Responsibilities also involve providing safe and effective exercise programs and gaining exposure to high-Risk member management and injury prevention.

Requirements summary

Applicants must be currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s program studying exercise science, kinesiology, physical education, or a related field, and must be able to receive course credit as this is an unpaid internship. Candidates must also possess current cpr/Aed and first aid certifications and demonstrate a passion for working with active populations.
