Academic Instructor

The academic instructor will present instruction in a designated subject area within a regular classroom setting. Responsibilities also include promoting a positive atmosphere, maintaining discipline, establishing strong student rapport, utilizing curriculum resources, and managing student records and attendance.

Candidates must be certified to teach in the state of virginia and are required to pass a drug screen. Employment is contingent upon successfully completing a nationwide criminal background check, and a valid driver's license with an acceptable record is preferred.
