Early Learning Center Teacher Aide

This role involves supporting the lead teacher in planning, organizing, and implementing early learning center services, which includes assisting with site maintenance, engaging children at all times, and ensuring compliance with state licensing standards. The aide must also foster positive relationships with parents and contribute to maintaining a fun, equitable, and inclusive environment.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or ged and be at least 18 years old, with one or more years of experience in an early learning center required. Applicants must also obtain or possess an early childhood education initial certificate, various health/Safety certifications (Cpr, first aid, tb test, food handler’s card, mmr vaccine), and pass background checks.
