Assistant Coach- Defensive Assistant

The primary responsibilities involve coaching and teaching the defensive system to student athletes according to the defensive coordinator's vision, alongside identifying, evaluating, and recruiting potential student athletes. Additional duties include assisting with field preparation, equipment room tasks, and administrative work as assigned.

Applicants must possess a bachelor’s degree and have experience, preferably two years of coaching the defensive secondary at the collegiate level or equivalent playing experience. Candidates should also be proficient with specific software and knowledgeable about njcaa and ncaa eligibility rules.
