Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Behavioral Technician

The registered behavior technician will implement treatment goals and behavior intervention plans under the direction of behavior analysts, while also collecting data throughout the day. Responsibilities include providing one-On-One therapy to children with autism and writing summaries about client progress.

Applicants must love working with children, possess high energy, patience, compassion, and empathy, and be eager to learn applied behavior analysis principles. Requirements include having a high school diploma or higher, understanding basic technology, and being physically capable of performing tasks like running, standing for periods, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
