As an rbt, the primary role involves providing one-On-One therapy based on applied behavior principles to children with autism, primarily in a clinic setting. Responsibilities include implementing treatment goals, collecting data throughout the day, and providing feedback on client progress to a case supervisor.

Applicants must love working with children, possess passion, high energy, patience, compassion, and empathy, and be eager to learn applied behavior analysis. Requirements include a high school diploma or higher, basic technology understanding, coachability, and the physical ability to perform tasks like standing for 15 minutes and lifting up to 50 pounds.
