Education and Training Instructor

This role involves delivering high-Energy, interactive career readiness, life skills, and staff professional development workshops to participants aiming for employment-Focused goals. Responsibilities include conducting various topic workshops, meeting with participants individually, and maintaining accurate participant records in compliance with quality standards.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in a related field such as adult education or human services, or have equivalent work experience. A minimum of two years of experience in adult teaching, workshop facilitation, or workforce development coaching is required.
