Clinical Nurse Educator - Cath Lab/IR - FT - Days - MHW

The clinical nurse educator develops and provides services for the orientation, continuing education, and ongoing competency assessment of clinical staff, including planning, updating, and evaluating clinical competencies to ensure quality of care and regulatory compliance. This role also involves serving as a consultant/Mentor, managing onboarding, and participating in education activities, research, and quality improvement initiatives.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in nursing and have three (3) years of nursing experience, though candidates with two (2) years may apply for the clinical nurse educator rn fellowship. Required certifications include various forms of acls and bls, and the role demands critical thinking, effective communication, and the ability to work under minimal supervision in a potentially stressful environment.
