Clinical Nurse Educator - OR - FT - Days - MHW

The clinical nurse educator develops and provides services for orientation, continuing education, and ongoing competency assessment of clinical staff, while also participating in the development and delivery of all educational activities on assigned unit(S). This role involves managing new employee onboarding, serving as a consultant/Mentor, and ensuring clinical competencies align with quality patient care and regulatory compliance.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in nursing and hold current bls certification from an approved provider, along with a florida registered nurse license. A minimum of three (3) years of nursing experience is required, though candidates for the fellowship position may apply after two (2) years.
