Clinical Education Specialist

The specialist organizes and supports system-Wide educational programs, providing corporate support for orientation, employee health, and infection control. They also act as a change agent, consultant, and facilitate the integration of new learning into practice environments.

Candidates must possess an active registered nurse license in maryland and an associate degree in nursing, along with at least three years of clinical nursing experience. Required qualifications also include american heart association basic life support cpr instructor experience.
