Speech Therapist (ST) Home Health

Provide skilled speech therapy services in the home per physician orders and plan of care. Evaluate, treat, and monitor patients with communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders while educating patients and caregivers.

Candidates must have a current california speech therapist license, and home health experience is preferred. Strong organizational, communication, and clinical judgment skills are also required.
