Core responsibilities

The program specialist provides one-On-One social and emotional support and behavioral coaching to school-Age children in after-School and summer programs. They also coordinate support services, document student progress, and collaborate with school staff and families.

Requirements summary

Candidates must have a bachelor's degree or at least 48 college units/Instructional aide exam passage. A minimum of 2 years of experience in youth development, early childhood education, or special needs support is required.
