Occupational Therapist Home Health

As a home health occupational therapist, you will work one-On-One with patients in their homes to empower them to live safely and productively. You will help patients and families adapt their environment and modify tasks to improve participation in daily activities.

Candidates must have a bachelor of science in occupational therapy and a current state license. Additionally, two years of experience in an acute care or rehabilitation setting is required.
